| It is with great excitement that I share with you the news that Filtrbox Inc. has been acquired by Jive Software, the market leader in Social Business Software.
I am excited about the combined company for several reasons. Here are the top three:
- We share share the vision that Social Business Software will change the way enterprises interact with customers making them more responsive to customers and the market, efficient with scarce resources and at the end of the day more profitable.
- Social Media Monitoring is only part of the equation. Filtrbox helps you identify important conversations and Jive SBS gives you the community in which to have a meaningful interaction. I think this is like peanut butter and jelly.
- Software should be elegant, easy to use and be helpful. Both Filtrbox G2 and the Jive SBS platform strive to provide a “no manual required”, intuitive user experience to make our software easy to use. Again, I think this is a great fit.
- The G2 service will continue to be available, and with the combined resources of both organizations we’ll be able to increase the pace of innovation.
